Privacy Policy

Valid from 1 January 2026. This English text is a translation for your convenience. If the two versions ever differ, the Czech version is the binding one.

Who processes the data

The controller of your data is Feedmetoo s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 06309798, registered office at Pražská 6, Rakovník II, 269 01 Rakovník, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, insert 394114. On the web we go by the name acko.studio. For anything to do with personal data, write to tony@acko.studio. We don’t have a data protection officer; the law doesn’t require us to.

When you write to us

From the form, an email or a phone call we keep your name, your email or phone number, what your enquiry is about and the text of your message. We need this to reply to you and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps before entering into a contract, at your request.

Before the form is sent, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person and not a robot is behind it. To do that it processes your IP address and basic technical details about your browser. Without it our inbox would fill up with spam. The message itself is then handed to Resend, which delivers it to our inbox. It is not stored anywhere; all we keep is that one e-mail.

If the enquiry doesn’t lead to working together, we delete the messages two years after our last contact. You give us the data voluntarily, but without a contact we can’t reply to you.

When you are our client

We process your billing details, contacts for the people we deal with, the details needed to register a domain, and our communication with each other.

To perform the contract: for as long as the service lasts.
Because the law requires it: invoices and accounting documents for the period set by tax and accounting regulations, 10 years at most.
On the basis of legitimate interest, in case of a dispute: the contract and communication for a further 3 years after the service ends.

Visitor statistics

We measure how many people came to the website, where from and which pages they looked at. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. This tool doesn’t store cookies or anything else in your browser, doesn’t fingerprint your device and doesn’t follow you across websites. We only see aggregate numbers, not individual people. That’s why there is no cookie banner on this website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing whether the website works.

As with any website, the server technically processes your IP address when a page loads, otherwise it would have nowhere to send the page.

Cloudflare, which provides our visitor statistics, the spam protection on our form and part of our infrastructure.
Resend, which delivers messages from the form to our inbox.
Providers of hosting and email, on whose servers the website and our mail run.
The domain registrar, so that a domain can be registered in your name.
Our accountant and bank, to the extent needed for invoicing and payments.
Public authorities, only when the law requires it.

Some of these providers are based in the USA. We only pass data to them if they are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or if we have concluded the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission with them.

We don’t make any automated decisions or do any profiling based on your data.

Data of our clients’ customers

The websites and apps we run for clients may collect data about their customers, typically through forms. The controller of that data is always the client; we only process it on the client’s instructions. The rules are in section 13 of our Terms and Conditions. If you left your data on the website of one of our clients, please contact that client.

Your rights

You can ask us for:

information about what data we hold on you, and a copy of it,
correction of data that is inaccurate,
deletion of data we no longer need or aren’t allowed to keep,
restriction of processing until your objection or request is resolved,
the data you gave us, in a commonly used machine-readable format,
and you can object to processing that we base on legitimate interest.

Just write to tony@acko.studio. We reply within one month and it costs you nothing. If you think we’re handling your data wrongly, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.

Changes to this text

If the way we work with data changes, we’ll update this page and change the date at the top. We’ll let clients know about significant changes by email.
