It's the time we spend making changes to your website for you. Most things you can do yourself from your phone or through the AI assistant. If you'd rather not, just write to us: a new price, swapped photos, a news item or different opening hours. It's usually done within 2 working days.
No, unused minutes don't carry over to the next month. If you know a bigger change is coming, tell us ahead of time and we'll work something out.
Three things: a new page beyond your plan, a new feature, or a major change to the design. Extra work is CZK 1,490 an hour, counted in 15-minute blocks, and we give you an estimate first. We don't start without your go-ahead.
You do. We register it in your name or your company's name right at the start. If you already have a domain, we just connect it to the website and it stays yours.
You stop at the end of the period you've paid for, with no notice period and no penalty. We don't refund a period that's already been paid. The domain is in your name and you can take it anywhere. We send you your texts and photos as an export. The website itself stays with us, because you're paying for a service, not buying a finished product. That's why it can cost hundreds a month instead of tens of thousands all at once.
Yes. We agree on a transfer amount. Once your monthly payments add up to it, or you pay off the rest, we hand over the code and the website is yours. After that you only pay for maintenance and hosting, if you keep it with us.

On technology that needs neither a server nor plugins. That's why the site loads straight away and has nothing to keep updating. It also has no login page and no plugins, which is how ordinary websites most often get attacked.
We monitor the website and keep a backup. If anything happens, we restore it from the backup and fix what went wrong. You don't pay anything extra, it's part of the service.
